Alica Doležalová
CEO
Alica Doležalová is the CEO of AZC Orbis Holding, a.s. and a member of the AZC group's top management. She is mainly responsible for comprehensively supervising the group's corporate affairs, compliance and tax agenda.
Alica has over 20 years of experience managing corporate, financial, tax and compliance processes. She also has extensive knowledge of tax, accounting and competition aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to representing clients in tax matters, Alica also has practical experience in the regulatory aspects of receiving aid from the European Union Structural Funds and in assessing mergers and the legality of state aid, including negotiations with the relevant branches of the European Commission.
As a leader of mixed teams of tax advisors, lawyers and auditors, she oversaw due diligence reviews of multiple companies in Europe, Asia and America's agriculture, food industry, engineering and logistics sectors.
She graduated from University of Economics in Bratislava. Alica is a tax advisor registered in the list of the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic tax advisors.
Jiří Karvánek
CFO / Tax and Compliance Consultant
Jiří Karvánek is a member of the group's executive management and is primarily responsible for supervising the corporate, tax, financial and compliance agenda of selected companies in the group, as well as for the procurement of tax services.
With more than 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive, high-quality services in international taxation, income tax and value-added tax, he has devoted himself to the topics of financial management, accounting and tax consulting. He has extensive experience in all aspects of IFRS reporting, auditing and consolidation of financial statements.
Jiří is a graduate of the Technical University of Ostrava and the Czech Agricultural University in Prague. As part of his postgraduate studies, he obtained the degree of Master of Law (LL.M) at the University of Nottingham. He is also a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic and is actively involved in its professional activities.
